Opis:
In 1996 Mateja Vehovar and Stefan Jauslin formed their own architectural office in Zurich after studying at the Columbia University New York and the ETH in Zurich respectively. Clearly marked by an interdisciplinary approach, their work revolves around landscape architecture, exhibition design, room installations, as well as architectural projects. In their work space is used as a medium to bring about specific experiences and feelings in the users. In 1999, Vehovar and Jauslin were awarded the Swiss Federal Prize for art. This publication documents 16 selected works, placing them in the context of experimental design.

Author Biography: Cary Siress studied in New York and Venice, and has been assistant Professor in the faculty of architecture at the ETH in Zurich since 1996.
Author Biography: Jakob Hotz studied at the Architectural Association in London before working as an architect in Zurich in 2001.Jacqueline Burckhardt is President of the federal Commission for Art and editor of 'Parkett'.
